PRICING
Unit pricing is based on one-sided 2-dimensional designs. Request special quote for 3-dimensional and or two-sided designs. Also request quote for quantities greater than 5,000 pieces.
COLORS
All pricing includes up to 5 PMS colors. Additional molded colors, add $0.12 (A) per color.
OPTIONAL SCREEN PRINT
Front or back side, add $0.10 (C) per color plus $40.00 (G) set-up per color.
PACKAGING
Pricing includes individual poly bag.
PRODUCTION TIME
Four weeks from final art approval.
