Enameled Emblems Die-Struck emblems with color combine the quality craftsmanship of die striking with the added enhancement of color. Each option below is available in the following metal finishes: Gold, nickel silver, black nickel, and special gold/silver. Ultra Clois Enamel Emblems Ultra Clois is a vibrant new enamel process that offers the same smooth enamel finish as cloisonné enamel with the ability to match pantone colors. Like cloisonné the Ultra Clois is baked causing it to expand and fill to the surface. Each color is then buffed for an enhanced shine. Lines of raised metal are required to trap and separate each color.
2-Step Clois-Enamel Emblems The flexibility of screen printing and the quality of die-struck enamel is combined to provide a quality emblem with the ability to match any design.
Etched Enamel Emblems Unique from die striking, etched enamel pins are formed using an acid etching process. The logo, or design, is etched into a thin sheet of brass. Etched areas are then filled with color. Surrounding metal is polished and plated in either gold or nickel silver. Etched enamel pieces are less embossed and lighter in weight than Die-Struck pieces. Great for small areas of color detail. Lines of metal are required to trap and separate colors.
