The Die-Struck process offers the highest quality and craftsmanship available. Complimenting this creative technique are the optional finishes of an elegant two-tone finish; the "old world" look of an antiqued finish; or the unique quality of a gold and silver metal finish.
Two toned finish
This finish option provides for the raised areas of the design (logo) to be hand polished to a bright mirror-like finish. The background, or recessed areas are sandblasted creating a matte or dull satin look that contrasts nicely with the raised metal features of the design. The base metal is brass, and each piece is then gold or nickel silver plated.
Antique Finish
This finish is recommended for 3 dimensional or multi-level designs. The base metal is brass. Antique finishes available are: antique bronze, antique gold, and antique silver.
Color Filled
Color filled emblems are the most economical enamel option noted here. Each emblem is hand painted with the color resting in the recessed areas of the design. Pantone color matching is possible and raised lines of metal are required to trap and separate colors.
