SPECIAL ENAMEL EMBLEM OPTIONS
Choose between our Etched Enamel, Ultra Clois, or Two-Step Clois emblem options shown below.

ETCHED ENAMEL
Etched Enamel

Etched Enamel pins are formed using an acid etching process, and are more economical than die-struck emblems. The design is etched into a thin sheet of brass and the areas are then filled with color. Surrounding metal is polished and plated in either gold or nickel silver. Etched enamel pieces are less embossed and lighter in weight than Die-Struck pieces, making them ideal for larger designs. Great for small areas of color detail. Lines of metal are required to trap and separate colors. See pricing

Ultra Clois is a very durable, vibrant new enamel process that offers the same high-end enamel finish as cloisonné enamel with the ability to match pantone colors. Like cloisonné the Ultra Clois is baked causing it to expand and fill to the surface. Each color is then buffed for an enhanced shine. Lines of raised metal are required to trap and separate each color.

2-Step Clois uses screen overprinting on Ultra Clois when small areas of detail are required to show in color. See the 2-step process explanation. See pricing
